Getting started

How do I set up my organisation profile? After logging in, go to Settings → Our Profile. Complete Section A (your organisation context) and Section B (your baseline metrics). This takes about two minutes and helps Thrivio contextualise your results over time. Your profile can be updated at any time.

How do I launch an Org Health Survey? Go to Org Health → Survey and click New Assessment. Give it a name, set a closing date, and copy the survey link to share with your staff. The link is the same for all staff — share it via email, WhatsApp, your staff app, or notice boards.

How do I launch a Leadership Survey? Go to Leadership → Survey. Add your managers (manually or via CSV upload), then click Launch Survey. Each manager will automatically receive a personalised email with their unique link.

Surveys & responses

How long do surveys take? The Org Health staff survey takes 5–8 minutes. The Leadership Mindset Assessment takes around 10 minutes.

Are responses anonymous? OHS are completely. Individual responses are never shown. Results are only presented as aggregated scores once a minimum number of responses have been received.

LMA responses - each manager receives their own personalised survey link. Individual reports are available per manager — so you can see how each person leads across the five domains.

How many responses do I need? Org Health requires a minimum of 10 responses to generate a report. The Leadership survey requires a minimum of 5 managers to protect anonymity.

Understanding your scores

What is the Combined Health Index (CHI)? The CHI is your overall organisational health score — a weighted combination of your Org Health Score (60%) and Leadership Health Score (40%). It gives you a single headline number to track over time.

What do the band labels mean? Thriving (75+) · Developing (60–74) · Needs focus (45–59) · At risk (below 45)
